About the role
The Guest Experience Expert in the Executive Lounge delivers a seamless and memorable stay for guests by proactively handling a wide range of services. You will move throughout the lounge area, respond to guest needs, and ensure every interaction feels part of a unique hospitality experience. The role requires a hands‑on approach, adherence to safety and quality standards, and a professional appearance at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests and provide information about local attractions.
- Assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain safety standards and follow company policies.
- Complete guest check‑in and check‑out procedures for the Executive Lounge.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
