About the role
The Commissioning Permit-to-Work (PTW) Coordinator ensures seamless coordination of all permit‑to‑work activities during the Hook‑Up and Commissioning (HUC) phases of NFPS compression projects, including brownfield tie‑ins. The role acts as the central liaison for the PTW team and drives visual management of permits.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of PTW during Hook‑Up and Commissioning, covering brownfield tie‑ins, isolation design, TRA, HAZID and SIMOPS.
- Maintain and present the PTW Visual Management Dashboard for project stakeholders.
- Develop sequencing and workflow plans that align with onshore‑to‑offshore and offshore‑to‑OESS schedule requirements.
- Prepare hand‑over packages, identify isolations and manage subsystem/system transfers to HUC/Operations PTW systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience in PTW coordination within commissioning or hook‑up projects.
- Strong understanding of isolation design, TRA, HAZID and SIMOPS processes.
- Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and act as a focal point for PTW matters.
