Construction Superintendent – Mechanical & Piping

About the role

The Construction Superintendent (Mechanical/Piping) will lead all piping fabrication, installation and testing activities for an on‑shore EPC project that includes LNG trains, utilities and off‑sites at the RLIC site in Doha. Reporting to the project management team, you will ensure work is executed according to the approved construction sequence and prepare the site for pre‑commissioning and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and piping fabrication, installation and testing activities on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with the defined construction sequence and project specifications.
• Review, comment on and approve construction deliverables submitted by EPC contractors.
• Maintain daily interaction with EPC counterpart teams and align mirror‑structure processes.
• Support a smooth handover to commissioning and completion teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large‑scale oil & gas construction projects.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
• Proven experience on greenfield, multicultural and LNG projects.
• Strong background in project execution, fabrication and construction management.
