Content & Growth Coordinator

About the role

SANAD Insurance Brokers is seeking a creative and organized Content & Growth Coordinator to drive digital content, customer education, and lead‑generation initiatives. This hands‑on marketing position will craft engaging Arabic and English content, coordinate campaigns, and turn complex insurance topics into simple, valuable assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create Arabic and English content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels, including captions, short video scripts, carousel copy, and campaign ideas.
• Transform internal ideas, customer questions, voice notes, and insurance topics into clear, useful content.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, freelancers, agencies, and external marketing partners.
• Support content for paid ads, WhatsApp follow‑ups, landing pages, and email communications as needed.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, drafting, editing, translation, repurposing, and planning.
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, clicks, inquiries, leads, and quote requests.
• Maintain organized content files, scripts, briefs, calendars, and reports, and prepare weekly performance updates.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing.
• Strong Arabic and English writing abilities.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reels, and digital content formats.
• Ability to simplify technical or complex topics.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to follow through on multiple tasks.
