Contract Administrator - Data Service Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator – Data Service Administrator is responsible for end‑to‑end coordination and administration of long‑term manpower contracts. The role ensures compliance with company policies, timely fulfillment of staffing needs, and smooth interaction between end users, contractors, and recruitment agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution to closure.
• Coordinate manpower planning, sourcing, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring timely documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate recruitment coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor service level agreements, key performance indicators, and vendor performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma plus a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in manpower contract administration or recruitment coordination.
• Basic understanding of contract types, commercial terms, and SLA/KPI management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA (PR creation, PO creation, invoicing, service entry sheet).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting tools for data management and analysis.
