Courier, Express & E‑Commerce Sales Manager Qatar

About the role

Kara Express Courier & Cargo W.L.L. is seeking a commercially strong sales professional to grow its international courier, express and e‑commerce business in Qatar. The focus is on acquiring new SME, corporate and online sellers who need cross‑border parcel and document solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers for international courier and express services.
• Identify and approach SMEs, online sellers, retailers, trading companies and corporate customers.
• Build recurring parcel and express‑shipment accounts and develop cross‑border e‑commerce opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercially viable rates and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Update CRM consistently, follow quotations through to conversion and coordinate with operations and international partners.
• Achieve agreed monthly revenue and gross‑profit targets and report customer activity, pipeline and results.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in courier, express, parcel or e‑commerce logistics.
• Existing customer network in Qatar (strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and understanding of international courier pricing.
• Experience with e‑commerce sellers or cross‑border parcel business is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Good English proficiency.
