Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to bring Mondrian Doha’s vibrant brand to life across social media, digital channels, and on‑site experiences. Working under the Marketing Manager, you will shape visual content that captures the energy of our hotel and its lifestyle offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design flyers, menus, social media posts, and campaign visuals that align with Mondrian Doha’s brand identity.
• Create animated assets such as Instagram/Facebook stories and short video snippets to boost engagement.
• Develop new grid layouts and creative directions for the hotel’s social profiles.
• Assist with photo and video shoots, handling styling and coordination to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, Spa, Revenue, and Reservations teams to produce fresh digital content for promotions and guest communications.
• Design and optimise visuals for email marketing, website, intranet, and corporate microsites.
• Provide on‑site social media coverage during hotel events and activations.
• Support the broader Marketing team with various initiatives throughout the year.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work closely with multiple departments and adapt to fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Experience in producing both static and animated digital content.
• Willingness to attend events and capture real‑time moments for social platforms.
