Customer Relationship Management Manager – QNB First

About the role

The Manager, Customer Relationship Management for QNB First is responsible for overseeing relationships with at least 250 account holders, delivering banking services and products, and driving volume, revenue and profit growth. The role requires flexibility to work approved shift patterns, either morning plus evening or combined shifts, in line with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a minimum of 250 QNB First customers, ensuring timely and excellent banking service delivery.
• Achieve sales volume and profitability targets, guaranteeing each customer holds at least one asset and one liability product.
• Monitor and improve branch customer‑service KPIs, implementing best practices and cost‑efficiency measures.
• Provide proactive, high‑quality service to customers visiting the branch and arrange on‑site visits to meet customer needs.
• Follow up on all issues to ensure complete satisfaction and optimal utilization of sold products.
• Operate within delegated authority and adhere to bank policies, including shift schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in banking or financial services with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of at least 250 accounts.
• Strong orientation toward sales targets, asset‑under‑management growth and KPI monitoring.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning and evening) as defined by the bank.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills for both internal and external customers.
