Customer Technical Account Manager OTT Cloud Streaming

About the role

Bitmovin is seeking a Customer Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical advisor for leading Media & Entertainment OTT customers across the Middle East. You will bridge the gap between our award‑winning video streaming platform and customers’ business goals, ensuring successful adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for strategic OTT accounts in the region.
• Work hands‑on with engineers, product teams and C‑level stakeholders to design, integrate and optimise OTT workflows.
• Drive product adoption, upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities to meet revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with global and local partners to maximise customer value and market penetration.
• Provide guidance on API integrations, streaming protocols and cloud‑based video workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical account management or customer success for media/streaming solutions.
• Strong understanding of OTT streaming architectures and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
