Data Center BIM Modeler

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced BIM Modeler to support a large‑scale Data Center construction project in Doha, Qatar. The role involves creating and managing BIM models across civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines to ensure accurate design coordination and smooth construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for all project disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables across civil, structural, architectural and MEP teams.
• Run clash detection processes and facilitate model reviews with consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Generate shop drawings, coordinated layouts and construction documentation directly from the BIM models.
• Maintain BIM standards, drawing protocols and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support construction teams with model updates, RFIs and design coordination.
• Participate in coordination meetings and help resolve technical and spatial conflicts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and site teams to verify model accuracy and constructability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of BIM modeling experience on construction projects.
• Proven experience on Data Center construction projects.
• Strong background in civil, structural, architectural and MEP BIM coordination.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM or a related field.
• Ability to work on fast‑track, mission‑critical projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Qatar.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM coordination tools and clash detection.
