Data Workstream Project Manager – Banking Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Workstream Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end data migration for a Temenos T24 Core Banking Transformation program. You will be responsible for planning, governing, and executing the migration of legacy banking data to the new platform while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define migration scope, strategy, roadmap and execution plans for the Temenos T24 implementation.
• Oversee ETL design, data transformation rules and business logic for customer, account, transaction, loan, deposit and treasury data.
• Maintain data mapping documentation and implement data governance frameworks, policies and controls.
• Drive data profiling, cleansing, enrichment and validation activities; define data quality metrics.
• Plan and execute multiple mock migration cycles, manage reconciliation tools and defect resolution.
• Own final cutover activities, freeze windows, approvals and rollback contingency plans.
• Coordinate downstream system impact analysis and ensure data synchronization across reporting, risk, tax and regulatory platforms.
• Support regulatory reporting and ensure post‑migration data integrity for central bank, audit and tax requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in banking data migration and core banking transformations.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data governance and data quality management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
