Digital Printing & CNC Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Printing & CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in Doha on an urgent basis. You will operate a range of digital printing and fabrication equipment, prepare print‑ready files, and ensure high‑quality output for branding, events, exhibitions, signage and other projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate large‑ and small‑format digital printers (UV, solvent, eco‑solvent, latex).
• Run CNC routers, plotters, laser cutters, laminators and other finishing equipment.
• Prepare substrates, inks and materials according to job specifications.
• Perform test prints, adjust alignment, sizing and colour accuracy.
• Carry out cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, routing and assembly tasks.
• Handle materials such as vinyl, acrylic, MDF, foam board, aluminium, PVC, fabric and paper.
• Prepare and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and basic InDesign.
• Verify print‑ready files (AI, PDF, PSD, EPS) and manage production queues with RIP software.
• Conduct basic colour calibration, profiling and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues and perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Follow HSE and production quality standards and coordinate with designers and project managers.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or certification in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of digital printing and fabrication machinery.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; basic knowledge of InDesign.
• Experience with RIP software and print production workflows.
• Understanding of colour management and print quality control.
• Ability to read artworks, layouts, technical drawings and job instructions.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience in signage, advertising, events, exhibitions or related fabrication projects.
