E‑Commerce Omni‑Channel Operations Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Omni‑Channel Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day management and strategic development of Sports Corner and its subsidiaries in Qatar. The role focuses on driving profitable growth, maximizing sales, and delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across all digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce strategies to improve website performance, profitability and P&L ownership.
• Create and execute a roadmap for the e‑commerce portfolio across all business functions.
• Oversee digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email campaigns and social media.
• Drive merchandising strategies using sales data and analytics, and personalize the site based on shopper behavior.
• Ensure timely deployment of new products, accurate content management and enforce quality‑assurance protocols.
• Monitor processing and shipping metrics to maintain operational excellence.
• Manage relationships with external web developers and third‑party e‑commerce software vendors.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and documentation in line with company standards.
• Identify innovation opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or omni‑channel management, preferably in the sports, apparel or fashion retail sector.
• Strong understanding of the GCC retail market with hands‑on experience in the region.
• Proven ability to manage an e‑commerce P&L and deliver results.
• Excellent project‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
