Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Doha. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on building our brand’s online presence and engaging local and regional audiences through strategic social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across major social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage day‑to‑day channel activity and respond to audience interactions promptly.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with broader digital marketing goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and optimise posts and campaigns based on insights.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations to inform marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
• Support marketing events and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all online channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within the Qatar or GCC market.
• Strong written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to manage content calendars, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
