Electrical Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Training Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate technical training programs that enhance the electrical competency of our workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify technical skill and competency gaps across electrical and related disciplines.
• Develop comprehensive electrical training plans and programs aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical training activities, workshops and seminars.
• Create training materials and competency-development content.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with technical departments and external training providers to ensure relevance and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in Learning & Development or technical training.
• Strong understanding of electrical and technical training requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination and training-development abilities.
