About the role
We are seeking a technically experienced Electrical Training Specialist to support technical capability development and training programs within Burjline Builders. The role focuses on identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering effective electrical training, and enhancing the competency of our technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
- Develop electrical and technical training plans and programs.
- Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
- Create training materials and competency‑development content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of technical training initiatives.
- Liaise with technical departments and external training providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development or training experience.
- Strong understanding of technical and electrical training requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination and training‑development capabilities.
