Employee Engagement Specialist (Senior)

About the role

TradesApp is looking for an experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to drive employee experience, culture and workplace initiatives for a major organization in Qatar. You will partner with HR and business leaders to shape a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.
• Conduct, analyse and report on employee engagement surveys and feedback.
• Develop engagement metrics, KPIs and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal communication initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to align engagement activities with organisational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and support change‑management projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred for senior candidates).
• 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, including employee engagement, experience or relations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience in change‑management and coaching is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
