Employee Engagement Specialist / Senior Specialist

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to drive culture, experience and workplace initiatives for a leading organization in Qatar. The role will partner closely with HR and business leaders to shape a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.
• Support employee experience projects that reinforce a positive workplace environment.
• Conduct, analyse and report on employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop engagement dashboards, KPIs and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate internal events, campaigns and other employee‑focused activities.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with organisational change, culture transformation and coaching initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in employee engagement, experience, relations or broader HR functions (senior‑level consideration).
• Master’s degree preferred for senior candidates.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience in change‑management and coaching is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
