Employee Relations Manager – Qatarization

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and enhance our workplace environment, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of respect. The role will be pivotal in managing complex employee matters, conducting investigations, and advising managers on best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues across the organization.
• Lead and manage cases such as grievances, misconduct investigations, workplace conflicts, and performance concerns.
• Conduct fair, timely, and well‑documented investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment regulations, and conflict‑resolution strategies.
• Develop and implement policies that promote an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
• Partner with Legal, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on sensitive matters.
• Deliver training and coaching to managers on performance management, conduct, and policy compliance.
• Analyze employee relations trends, identify risks, and propose proactive solutions to improve engagement and retention.
• Support culture‑building, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years focused on employee relations, investigations, or HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
