Employee Relations Supervisor

About the role

The Employee Relations Supervisor will lead the development and implementation of a fair, respectful and high‑performance culture across the organization. This role partners with managers and employees to resolve conflicts, manage grievances and support overall workforce wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a business‑focused employee relations strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance and compassionate cases, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on conflict resolution and workplace issues.
• Lead the grievances process, act as the primary HR contact for dispute resolution.
• Develop and deliver programs that improve employee retention, morale and engagement.
• Monitor performance indicators such as absenteeism, grievance rates and work‑life balance, proposing corrective initiatives.
• Conduct new‑employee orientation and communicate HR policies and standards.
• Coordinate with the Medical Officer on health‑related matters, monitor sick leave and support employee fitness for work.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of employee relations, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support managers and staff.
• Ability to analyze HR data and develop improvement initiatives.
• Experience in delivering orientation programs and HR policy communication.
