Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will define, govern, and evolve QAFCO’s enterprise architecture across IT, OT, cybersecurity, data, and digital office domains. This senior role ensures technology capabilities align with corporate strategy, operational excellence, HSE priorities, and digital transformation goals within the oil & gas environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, standards, policies, and operating models.
• Define integrated IT/OT/cybersecurity/Digital Office architecture principles.
• Establish long‑term IT roadmaps aligned with business, cybersecurity, and digital objectives.
• Translate business capabilities and strategy into technology architecture requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand transformation priorities and ensure integration across initiatives.
• Implement governance processes to enforce architectural standards and compliance.
• Lead the Digital Office strategy, including cloud adoption, collaboration platforms, automation, AI‑enabled tools, and secure remote access.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a comparable senior architecture role.
• Strong understanding of IT, OT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation within the oil & gas sector.
• Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and align technology investments with business value.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
