Enterprise Data Analytics & Automation Analyst

About the role

The role is responsible for designing, developing and delivering enterprise data analytics, business applications and process‑automation solutions that turn Ooredoo Group data into decision‑ready insight. It combines Power Platform application development, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric analytics, and the applied use of AI and machine learning to enhance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven) and Dataverse to digitise manual processes across Group functions and OpCos.
• Automate end‑to‑end workflows with Power Automate, including approvals, routing, notifications, SLA triggers and escalation paths.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and embed AI/ML models for anomaly detection, driver‑based analysis and natural‑language insight generation.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Logic Apps and Function Apps, and support migration to Microsoft Fabric.
• Embed security controls such as role‑based access, audit trails, data‑retention and single sign‑on in every solution.
• Collaborate with business owners for requirement gathering, UAT, production release, hyper‑care and post‑go‑live enhancements while adhering to Ooredoo’s data‑governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in data analytics, business‑intelligence or application development, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Strong communication and client‑management skills, able to work with both business and technical teams.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a continuous‑improvement attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast‑changing environment and translate business problems into digital products.
