Executive Operations & Business Development Assistant

About the role

Shield Technology is seeking a proactive Executive Operations & Business Development Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director. The role blends executive support, client engagement, marketing initiatives, and AI‑driven productivity to accelerate business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive priorities, calendars, and follow‑ups; coordinate meetings and business activities.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Track prospects, leads, quotations, and opportunities; maintain CRM records and support sales follow‑up.
• Assist with LinkedIn content, marketing campaigns, branding, and preparation of promotional materials.
• Leverage AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate reports, summaries, and automate routine processes.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work capabilities.
• Professional report and proposal writing ability with a focus on follow‑up and accountability.
