Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Hub Sales Operations Manager to drive sales excellence across its MEA Service business. You will optimise sales processes, strengthen forecasting and pipeline governance, and turn data into actionable insights that influence decisions at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise sales workflows, pipeline governance and opportunity management for the MEA Service organisation.
• Oversee GTS and MIMO processes, standardising and streamlining sales activities.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements to boost sales effectiveness.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and act as the regional SFDC subject‑matter expert.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and automated reporting solutions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and revenue planning; monitor forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
• Facilitate forecast, pipeline and business reviews, highlighting risks and corrective actions.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of CRM, analytics and sales‑enablement tools, and train users on Salesforce, Power BI and forecasting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Proven ability to work with business leaders and cross‑functional teams in a multinational environment.
• Results‑driven, comfortable solving complex business challenges and driving operational improvements.
