About the role

Seagull HR is seeking an experienced Blaster to join a manufacturing operation in Doha, Qatar. The role is full‑time and permanent, focusing on blasting and surface preparation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform blasting and surface preparation tasks on various substrates.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Ensure all work meets the required quality control specifications.
• Operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to achieve project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Blaster.
• Ability to work in industrial environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow them.
• Immediate availability for mobilization to Doha.
