EYFS Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated EYFS professional to join our early years team in Doha. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality, curriculum‑aligned learning experience for young children while ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply in‑depth knowledge of the English Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to design and deliver challenging lessons.
• Support children’s development during their formative years with tailored interventions.
• Integrate innovative pedagogical approaches such as ITMP into planning, teaching, observation and assessment.
• Create language‑rich environments to accelerate English acquisition.
• Maintain a happy, safe and stimulating setting for all children.
• Engage teaching assistants in observation and instruction, ensuring high‑quality input and accurate achievement records.
• Keep precise formative and summative assessment records linked to learning outcomes.
• Analyse progress, intervention and achievement data for each child.
• Participate in staff CPD and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EYFS teaching with strong references.
• Understanding of early childhood development and ability to provide appropriate support.
• Capability to lead and motivate assistants in the classroom.
• Commitment to maintaining accurate assessment documentation.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous professional development initiatives.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Experience using innovative pedagogical methods such as ITMP.
