Facade QS Estimator – Construction Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Facade QS Estimator is responsible for managing the quantity surveying and estimating activities for façade projects. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate tender submissions and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review new tender invitations and analyse tender documents, including drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract conditions.
• Prepare BOQs and quantity take‑offs from drawings for ongoing tenders and projects.
• Finalize purchase orders with vendors and subcontractors, and request quotations for pricing purposes.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Prepare, monitor and manage Variation Orders (VOs) and change requests.
• Follow up on LPOs, prepare project budgets and obtain necessary approvals.
• Conduct site visits as required.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications/progress billing and post relevant transactions in the AX system.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to prepare project submittals, including pre‑qualification documents, material submittals, method statements and O&M manuals.
• Conduct year‑end and quarterly inventory counts for accounting and audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience reviewing tender invitations and analysing tender documents.
• Ability to prepare BOQs and perform quantity take‑offs from construction drawings.
• Experience finalising purchase orders and managing vendor quotations.
• Familiarity with variation order management and project budgeting processes.
