Facilities Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across a large commercial facility in Doha. You will manage housekeeping teams, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and uphold high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and housekeeping staff.
• Allocate manpower, monitor attendance, and schedule work efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop cleaning personnel.
• Monitor usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large cleaning teams.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CAFM/FM systems.
• IOSH or NEBOSH HSE training.
• Familiarity with HSE policies and procedures.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
