Facilities Coordinator – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic to be the central point of contact for our office operations across the Middle East and Africa. The role combines front‑desk excellence, vendor management, health‑and‑safety oversight and financial stewardship to ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑class front‑desk and visitor management, ensuring professional and pleasant interactions.
• Maintain FM standards and oversee delivery of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services against KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate monthly client performance reviews and manage financial performance of site service delivery.
• Ensure preventive‑maintenance (PPM) and remedial works for soft and hard services are completed on schedule.
• Oversee maintenance of critical systems such as UPS, FM200, fire alarm, emergency lighting, M&E, HVAC and non‑critical equipment.
• Manage suppliers and service providers, raising and tracking purchase orders, work orders and e‑logbooks.
• Support health‑and‑safety activities and respond to ad‑hoc requests to maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities management or a supervisory role in a related service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in contract management, performance measurement and financial accountability (P&L, budgeting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with PPM and FM software such as CAFM.
