Facilities Management Supervisor – Electromechanical

About the role

The Facilities Management Supervisor – Electromechanical will lead a technical team responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of building systems. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air‑conditioning and cooling equipment across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Monitor performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air‑conditioning and cooling systems.
• Allocate work, track progress and evaluate technical team performance.
• Identify technical issues, initiate corrective actions and ensure compliance with safety and occupational health standards.
• Collaborate with Facilities Engineers and Managers on project planning and system upgrades.
• Assess individual and team performance and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in electromechanical maintenance, with at least 3 years in schools or kindergartens.
• Proven supervisory experience on projects of similar size.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
