Facilities Manager – Electromechanical Maintenance

About the role

The Facilities Manager will lead electromechanical maintenance and technical facilities management services across assigned sites in Doha. You will ensure reliable operation of building systems, drive effective maintenance delivery, and guarantee compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily electromechanical and technical FM operations.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, ELV, BMS, HVAC, elevators, and fire‑protection systems.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, technicians, and specialist service providers.
• Monitor technical performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure QHSE compliance.
• Track service performance, implement corrective actions, and supervise multiple technical teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years total experience, including 5 years in Facility Management.
• Relevant GCC experience on large‑scale FM/electromechanical projects; 3 years managing schools/kindergartens preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Preferred certifications: CFM, FMP, SFP, QCDD, Grade A classification by Kahramaa.
