Field Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Field Operations Lead to drive HSEQ integration and operational excellence across our offshore and on‑shore projects. You will work closely with project, commissioning and site teams to ensure safe, efficient start‑up and hand‑over of new facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate HSEQ principles into all project activities and maintain compliance.
• Develop and update operating philosophies, manuals and procedures.
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments and operability/maintainability studies.
• Support project and commissioning teams for offshore installation and start‑up.
• Identify operational risks, assess production impacts and propose mitigation measures.
• Review 3D models, attend technical workshops and represent Field Operations during FAT.
• Develop operational training for new facilities and assist site teams during installation, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Capture lessons learned and provide feedback after project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in production operations and project environments, preferably offshore.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural, complex project settings.
• Willingness to travel to contractor sites and support offshore activities.
• Fluent English.
