Fitter – Insulation (Full‑time, Doha)

About the role

Seagull HR is seeking an experienced Fitter – Insulation to join a long‑term project in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on installing and fitting insulation systems in industrial environments while adhering to technical specifications and strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out insulation fitting and installation according to project drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and prepare work areas, ensuring all materials are correctly handled.
• Follow and enforce workplace safety procedures throughout all tasks.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to achieve seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in insulation fitting.
• Good knowledge of insulation materials, installation methods and technical documentation.
• Strong awareness of industrial safety practices.
• Ability to work in demanding industrial settings and mobilise on short notice.
