Fleet Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Fleet Coordinator to support daily fleet operations in Qatar. The role involves coordinating vehicle movements, ensuring proper usage, and assisting field teams to keep our operations running smoothly. You will act as the main point of contact for vehicle allocation and ensure that all fleet assets are utilized efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle assignments and movements across the fleet.
• Monitor vehicle condition, report any issues, and ensure timely maintenance.
• Support operational teams during field activities and projects.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, routing plans, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and basic operational records.

Required profile

• SSC graduate with 3‑4 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Experience driving medium‑sized vehicles.
• Physically fit for outdoor and shift work.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing operational demands.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
