About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection as a Waitress Intern. You will support daily service operations in restaurants, bars and event spaces, gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
• Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare tables, mise‑en‑place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care.
• Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
• Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.
• Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service.
• Positive attitude, well‑groomed appearance, and team spirit.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
