Front Office Agent

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their stay. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival and departure with a professional demeanor.
• Manage check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently while adhering to hotel procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Process payments, maintain billing records and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk environment and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Support the Front Office team in achieving operational excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest‑facing hospitality role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, professional and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and a collaborative team spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management system(s).
