Sales Coordinator – Russian Speaker

About the role

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as a Sales Coordinator. The role supports the Leisure Sales team in driving revenue for both Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, contracts and other sales‑related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Manage client accounts, correspondence and sales records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and other leisure partners.
• Monitor room allocations, release dates and booking status in collaboration with Reservations and Revenue Management.
• Organise site inspections, familiarisation trips and client visits.
• Support the planning and execution of sales missions, trade shows and promotional events.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, reservations or hospitality sales, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluency in English and Russian to communicate effectively with Russian‑speaking clients and partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using hotel systems such as Opera Cloud, Delphi or similar CRM and sales‑management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
