Full Stack Engineer – AI Applications (Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support AI‑driven applications such as chatbots, digital assistants and automation tools. The role combines hands‑on coding with L2 technical support and close collaboration with external vendors to deliver robust, enterprise‑grade solutions in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for AI applications, troubleshooting production issues with LLM APIs, data pipelines and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with external vendors and agencies to implement, integrate and customise AI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between AI applications and core enterprise systems using REST APIs.
• Review, validate and optimise code delivered by third‑party teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and monitor application performance, applying fixes as needed.
• Handle API configuration, authentication and access management across Azure services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to work with external technical teams and vendors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for production‑grade AI services.

Required skills

• Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Frontend frameworks – React, Vue or Angular.
• REST API design and troubleshooting.
• Azure services – App Services, Functions, API Management.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and vector databases.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
