General Manager – Multi‑Business Operations

About the role

Brite Consult is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a diversified business group in Doha. The role oversees retail, wholesale, distribution and restaurant operations, driving growth and operational excellence across all verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of multiple business divisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, cost control and profitability for each vertical.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and represent the business in negotiations and external engagements.
• Provide strategic direction and commercial decision‑making to support long‑term success.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as GM, CEO or Director.
• Advanced qualification preferred (CA, CPA, MBA or equivalent).
• Proven track record managing multiple business divisions, especially in retail, wholesale, distribution and restaurant sectors.
• Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost control and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and implement process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
