General Services Manager – Restaurant & Catering Group

About the role

The hospitality group in Doha is looking for an experienced General Services Manager to oversee its shared support services. This group‑wide position will bring structure, accountability and high service standards to functions that directly affect staff welfare, operational continuity and outlet performance.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for Transport & Fleet, Maintenance, Staff Accommodation, Cleaning and Laundry across all restaurants, catering operations and the Central Kitchen.
• Develop and enforce procedures, schedules, service standards and accountability for each shared service.
• Manage staff transportation routes, vehicle allocation, driver coordination and fleet maintenance, ensuring alignment with production and delivery needs.
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programmes, monitor service‑level agreements and manage relationships with external contractors.
• Ensure staff accommodation meets hygiene, safety and comfort standards through regular inspections and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Practical, hands‑on manager with strong multi‑site experience.
• Proven ability to lead internal teams and external contractors.
• Experience managing budgets and service‑level agreements across multiple locations.
