General Services Representative – Qatar

About the role

The General Services Representative will support the bank’s day‑to‑day operations by handling government approvals, coordinating outsourced messenger services, and managing procurement of kitchen and office supplies. This role ensures that all general services run smoothly, enabling efficient banking activities across branches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in processing government approval applications and preparing required documentation.
• Coordinate outsourced messenger staff, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Manage procurement and stock of kitchen items, stationery, and fleet supplies, liaising with external vendors.
• Prepare documentation for financial transactions and approvals.
• Support the distribution of stationery and other supplies to all branches and offices.
• Maintain day‑to‑day administrative, facility, and general service activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Qatari nationality (or Qatari mother candidate as specified).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong integrity and dependability.
