Group Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Group Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy, corporate brand, market positioning, communications and marketing performance across our diversified Group businesses in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Group Marketing Strategy aligned with corporate objectives and business plans.
• Establish and maintain a strong, consistent Group brand architecture and corporate identity across all subsidiaries.
• Design tailored marketing strategies for Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Fit‑Out and other business units.
• Lead positioning, branding, pre‑launch, launch and post‑launch marketing of new real estate developments.
• Drive qualified buyer and investor lead generation and collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Strengthen the Construction business through corporate positioning, project portfolios, capability statements, case studies and pre‑qualification materials.
• Support FM business development, client acquisition, retention, contract renewal and cross‑selling through targeted B2B marketing.
• Develop product positioning, market‑entry and promotional strategies for the Group’s manufacturing operations.
• Lead the Group’s digital strategy across websites, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, content and marketing automation.
• Prepare and manage the annual Group marketing budget and ensure measurable commercial value from marketing expenditure.
• Lead internal marketing teams and manage external agencies, media partners and creative suppliers.
• Establish marketing KPIs and dashboards to measure leads, conversions, customer acquisition, market engagement, revenue contribution and ROI.

Required profile

• Senior marketing professional with experience in a diversified group, holding company, real estate developer, construction group, industrial organisation or integrated services company.
• Proven ability to operate across both B2C and B2B environments and to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing internal teams and external agencies.
