Organic Growth Lead (SEO & ASO)

About the role

Snoonu, Qatar’s home‑grown super app, is looking for an Organic Growth Lead to own SEO and ASO across four GCC markets. You will shape the organic visibility of the brand’s web properties and mobile app, ensuring consistent growth as the company expands regionally.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO strategy for Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, covering on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation.
• Run regular site audits, collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement technical fixes.
• Lead keyword research, content gap analysis and localisation of on‑page copy for each market.
• Own ASO strategy for Apple App Store and Google Play, handling keyword research, metadata, icons, screenshots and preview videos.
• Share organic performance data with UA analysts and contribute SEO/ASO playbooks to the Marketing Efficiency pod.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure market‑appropriate copy and assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2 years of ASO.
• Proven track record managing organic growth across multiple markets simultaneously.
• Experience in the GCC or MENA region and familiarity with Arabic‑language search behaviour is a strong plus.
• Ability to work within a performance‑marketing environment and collaborate with paid acquisition teams.
