Group Performance Director

About the role

The Group Performance Director oversees the operational and financial performance of the TMT vertical, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and alignment with the Group’s business goals. Reporting to executive leadership, the role combines CFO‑level financial oversight with deep telecom operations expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and track KPIs such as network availability, QoS, customer experience and churn across business units.
• Analyse network, service, financial and commercial data to identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities.
• Lead network capacity planning, demand forecasting and risk mitigation in collaboration with network operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports for senior management and the Board.
• Drive digital performance transformation, enhancing OSS/BSS tools and processes while optimising costs.
• Coordinate with finance, network, customer experience, commercial and IT teams to align performance objectives.
• Manage budgets for performance initiatives with rigorous financial control.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to secure business continuity.

Required profile

• Proven CFO‑level expertise in financial performance management, business modelling and risk management.
• Extensive experience in telecom service provider operations and network performance management.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
