About the role
The Guest Service Officer – Concierge will be the primary point of contact for guests at Park Hyatt Doha, delivering personalized service and ensuring every stay is smooth, memorable, and exceptional.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, providing tailored recommendations on dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions in Doha.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly using hotel service platforms.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
Required profile
- Previous experience in concierge, guest services, or front office within a 5‑star hotel.
- Proficiency with property management and guest service systems such as Opera and HotSOS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong local knowledge of Doha.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and deliver high‑quality service.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
