About the role
As a Guestroom Attendant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar, you will ensure that guest units are cleaned, supplied, and presented to the highest luxury standards, contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest units following Four Seasons procedures and brand standards.
- Adhere to safety, fire regulations, and departmental policies.
- Complete housekeeping assignments using required keys, equipment, and supplies.
- Remove garbage and recyclables, placing them in appropriate service‑area bins.
- Report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost items to Housekeeping and Security.
- Wear the issued uniform and maintain a neat, tidy appearance at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
- Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
- Commitment to follow established procedures and standards of conduct.
