Guide Supervisor – Visitor & Crowd Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Guide Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams that provide visitor guidance, customer assistance and crowd movement support at our facilities in Doha. The role ensures that frontline personnel deliver clear, professional and consistent service to all visitors while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned guides and frontline staff across designated locations.
• Allocate staff, conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions.
• Monitor attendance, appearance and performance of the team.
• Ensure effective visitor guidance, crowd flow and resolve visitor queries.
• Escalate operational issues and coordinate with Operations, Security, Traffic Control and HSE teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures and prepare basic shift and incident reports.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in events, hospitality, customer service, security or large public venues.
• Strong team‑management and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and variable operational schedules.
