About the role
We are seeking a senior HR leader to head our Human Resources function. The role will oversee the HR section, drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead an assigned HR function or section.
- Manage resources, set priorities and develop departmental work plans.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor team and functional performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
- Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading an HR function or department.
- Ability to manage resources, priorities and work plans.
- Strong knowledge of HR policy compliance.
- Experience monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders.
