Head of Construction – NFA Projects

About the role

The Head of Construction will be the focal point for day‑to‑day construction and execution of QatarEnergy’s NFA projects, both greenfield and brownfield. The role ensures that all fabrication and installation work complies with the approved scope, drawings, engineering design and QatarEnergy’s safety, environmental and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between the Project Manager, Asset Holder, Contractor and the construction team.
• Guide construction supervisors and contractors to execute activities in line with approved method statements, project schedule, quality and HSE requirements.
• Oversee the fabrication, installation, pre‑commissioning and mechanical completion of topsides, jackets, pipelines, umbilicals and brownfield modifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience supervising EPIC projects with offshore exposure.
• Proven experience in FEED and EPIC phases, reviewing and approving contractor deliverables.
• B.Sc. in Engineering (or equivalent) plus relevant safety, quality and construction courses.
