Head of Finance – Gulf Region (Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman)

About the role

The Head of Finance of KONE Gulf drives and supports the achievement of KONE’s business objectives by providing strategic direction and support to business stakeholders in financial and commercial matters. The role is accountable for delivering complete and accurate financial information for management and statutory purposes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes across Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, acting as the primary contact for treasury, tax and other finance matters.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, internal controls and corporate policies.
• Support the implementation of KONE’s strategy, including customer‑facing finance activities such as invoice collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a multinational, matrix organization.
• Strong English communication skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP system.
• Experience using financial reporting and analysis tools.
